Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the “Essentials” microgreens, chopped kale, shredded carrots, sliced radishes, diced avocado, and toasted almonds.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, sesame oil, soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
